This April, the Creative Strategy team is thrilled to continue our #WelcometoArabStories initiative for Arab American Heritage Month. The campaign kicked off on April 1, highlighting the theme Home Is Where the Heart Is. We continue to celebrate the history and accomplishments of the Arab American community by highlighting works by Arab and Arab American writers and inviting readers to immerse themselves in these rich stories.
The primary goal of this campaign is to drive awareness of Arab and Arab American stories by having consumers engage with our fiction and nonfiction lists. This year, you can see our efforts through our social media channels, email content, and paid advertising.
We are excited to re-promote an excerpt from Reem Assil’s Arabiyya and inspire our readers to prepare a delicious Arab feast to enjoy with friends and family. For our Reader Rewards members, we are also featuring a carousel highlighting books by Arab American authors.
